Cancelling Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Here's what you need to know about cancelling your NVES account.

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Account Settings > Subscription
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Select a reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated)
  4. Confirm your cancellation

What Happens After Cancellation

Exporting Your Data

Before cancelling, we recommend exporting all your project data, lab results, and documents. Use the bulk export feature in each section to download complete records.

Reactivation

You can reactivate your account within 90 days of cancellation. Your data and settings will be restored. After 90 days, you'll need to create a new account.
