Upgrading or Downgrading Plans
As your needs change, you can easily adjust your NVES subscription. Here's how.
Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Account Settings > Subscription
- Click "Change Plan"
- Select your new plan tier
- Review the price difference (prorated for the remaining billing period)
- Confirm the upgrade
Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll gain instant access to the new plan's features.
Downgrading Your Plan
- Follow the same steps as upgrading
- Select a lower-tier plan
- Review any feature limitations
- Confirm the downgrade
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll retain access to your current plan's features until then.
Important Notes
- Downgrading may limit the number of active projects you can manage
- All existing data is preserved regardless of plan changes
- Contact support if you need to discuss custom plan options
